If you navigate to the Cases > My Appointments screen and there are no case appointments showing, try one of the following solutions. Click on any blue hyperlinked words below to learn more about any topic that is unfamiliar. Please note, the My Appointments screen was formerly called "My Cases" but continues to show your appointments.
Tip: Hover your mouse over any question mark icon in your Cases > My Appointments screen to see a reminder of the information in this article.
- Make sure you are looking on the correct tab of the Cases > My Appointments screen based on your office's setup in CARES: The My Office's Appointments tab will only show appointments after an attorney in your office is appointed to at least one case. The Other Offices' Appointments tab will only show appointments after your office requests and receives access to another office's appointment for the limited reasons available such as being a contract Case Consultant or Litigation Support. Trouble appointing to a case?
- Refresh your browser by clicking the circular arrow icon near where you type a web address OR type the Ctrl + F5 keys (Windows) or Cmd + R keys (Mac) at the same time.

- You can always click the "Reset Filters" button in the upper right of your My Appointments screen any time to view all your office's open/active appointments (pictured above). This is a quick fix any time if the saved search filters you selected at the top of the screen are excluding what you are looking for. For example, if you have "Closed" and "Bookmarked" selected together, but you have not bookmarked any closed cases, you won't see any results on the tab you are viewing (see next). "Reset Filters" defaults back to showing all open/active cases.
